Refund and Return Policy for 21 Gun Prints

At 21 Gun Prints, we take pride in the unique, custom print we create for our customers. Due to the personalized nature of our products, our refund and return policy is as follows:


1. No Returns or Refunds

All items are custom-made to order based on the specifications provided at the time of purchase. As such, we do not offer returns or refunds unless there is an error on our part. Please double-check your order before submitting.


2. Print Guarantee

We stand by the quality of our prints. If your item arrives damaged or with a printing issue, we will gladly replace it—no refunds will be issued.

  • Photo Required: To qualify for a replacement, please email a clear photo of the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Once verified, we will reprint and ship a replacement at no additional cost.


3. Cancellation Policy

Due to the made-to-order nature of our work, cancellations are only accepted within 30 minutes of placing your order.

  • Cancellations must be submitted via email within this time window.

  • Please do not message through Facebook or text staff members your cancellations.
  • After 30 minutes, your order enters production and cannot be cancelled.


4. Exceptions for Business Errors

If we make a mistake (e.g., incorrect size, color, or design not matching your order), we will resolve it as follows:

  • Report the Issue: Email us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and description of the problem.

  • Resolution: Once confirmed, we will reprint and replace the item at no cost.


5. Customer Responsibility

Please ensure all order details (size, color, design, etc.) are correct before submitting. We are not responsible for errors made by the customer during checkout.
