At 21 Gun Prints, LLC, we are committed to processing and shipping your orders as quickly as possible while maintaining the quality you expect.
Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within our standard 0â2 business day turnaround time (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). This timeframe applies to in-stock items and begins once payment has been successfully received and confirmed.
We strive to process and ship all orders within our standard turnaround time of 0â2 business days. Please note that expedited shipping refers only to the shipping method selected at checkoutâit does not include expedited printing or processing.
Expedited shipping does not shorten our standard turnaround time. Orders will still be processed within 0â2 business days before being handed off to the carrier for delivery based on the chosen shipping speed.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24â48 hours for tracking information to update after your order has left our facility.
Carrier Delays
While we aim to ensure timely delivery of all orders, 21 Gun Prints, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.). This includes delays due to weather, route disruptions, or other operational issues once the package is in the carrierâs possession.
If you experience a delay, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
